Great experience The people on Friday were a completely different staff then on Thursday. The people on Friday the staff members seems like they are too familiar and friendly with each other. As I proceeded to walk into the store the all sitting down and looking at me and my wife walk up to the door. Is there not someone who gets PAID A SALARY to welcome CUSTOMERS as they come to the door I believe they are called a greeter or something

Xfinity will literally sign you up for as many services as it can charge you as much as it possibly can and not even give you the proper equipment or information needed to start the process on installing the proper equipment. All they do is take advantage. Do not support them. Your hotspot on your phone also will give you longer service connection even with the “highest speeds”

The store was clean and welcoming. We were greeted right away and given directions related to service and CoVid precautions inside the store. Andrew helped us and was very pleasant. We returned several equipment with no hassle. We also got the new remote replacements easy. We'll surely go back to this store.

Stopped in to EXPLORE the purchase of a home security system... was greeted by Andrew, he was courteous and a true professional he explained in DETAIL what I was purchasing, he then setup my installation date with the technician. I was in&out in 15min ! The store was spacious, and we'll organized. No worries about crowding!
