New in town, I stopped by to find out the options for Internet service at our rental condo. I was greeted cheerfully by Alma; she promptly answered all my questions, and I left with a new modem and a free streaming box for our TV. Installation was easy and required no tech support. So thanks, Alma, for a great experience!

I switched to Xfinity Mobile from AT&T - the financed phone was a nice feature; however, when I ended my service online - they continued to bill me as if my service was on, I just received another bill today and it has been over a year! There customer service is terrible and the customer is definitely not worth anything to them - the only reason I gave 1 star is because I forced to do so! If you are thinking of switching. It was worth it to me to pay a few extra dollars to be treated as a valued customer. I have been on the phone for over an hour working through their virtual assistant to get to a rep - then I was disonnected - not have I gotten a live rep

Alma is what make this place rock!!! She has been there for many years and knows what she's doing. I manage many accounts and she will be the one you want to wait for when starting any new service. They are always rotating other workers besides Alma and those guys are always a hit or miss. You're awesome Alma!

I went in with my wife to make changes because we were at the end of our contract. We spoke with Alma who was very unhelpful and unresponsive to helping us with our requests. After her refusing to do her job l left very upset. I then went online and did her job myself so I could get what I needed. I live 25 miles from this store I don't have the time or energy to have to drive back and forth because Alma doesn't want to get on a computer and type in some information and help a long time customer make changes. She said that she would not be able to take care of our request but I went right out to my car and did exactly what Alma couldn't do or better yet was just to lazy to do. Horrible customer service why is Alma working with customers? If I can do a Almas job for her and she can't why does she work there? After I did Almas job for her my wife went back in and Alejandro was awesome and got her exactly what we needed and even gave us his personal email to help set up our new modem we bought.

Charged us 1,000 to vacate our office even though 1) they didn’t service our new location (which would have allowed us to stay with them) and 2) the new tenants that moved into our office signed up with them. So they’re no worse off and they still charged us 1,000.

There is no ability to contact the store and talk to a live person. Very poor customer service.

Zero help. Its obvious they want everybody automated even customer service. Do not go here unless you HAVE to.

Horrible customer service. You can never speak to a live person. You chat on line with a service agent and they give you an 800 number to call. It is truly baffling how a large company like this operates when customers cannot get to a live person. disappointing.
