This is a more general comment about Comcast customer service. It wasn't that long ago that people complained about appointment windows and the quality of in-person technical intervention. How did they solve it? By outsourcing their in-home services to their customers! That is why I spent nearly an hour online with a service rep getting the new cable modem set up that Comcast said I needed to get faster Internet speeds.

Ben Levister is the absolute best. He understood my needs, offered the best plan for me. It’s like he gets you. He was friendly and incredibly nice and helpful. He seemed very genuine and dedicated, gave me full attention and time until I selected the plan that fits me. He is not like other sales people who rush you and push offers on you. I will be switching to their mobile service when my current plan ends. Thanks to Ben.

This company is a soulless corporation that requires constant nagging to maintain the service you pay for. If you have literally any other option, then head my warning and run the other direction. THEY ARE THE WORST.

Normally I don’t take time to write reviews, however this company lied to me when I closed my Comcast account and said I owed nothing. Once I left the state I was bombarded with collections calls over 70 that was never listed on my account when I closed it. It has since gone into a SECOND collections account and I’ve taken a second credit hit because they refuse to make it easy to talk to customer service. I’ve tried to get ahold of them to deal with this since it came to my attention in NOVEMBER 2018!!!

All staff were kind, received excellent customer service. Robert is great, he was very friendly and patient explaining the plans in detail. My English is not very well, when I couldn't understand what he meant he repeated patiently and wrote it down for me.

I have been an Xfinity mobile customer for about 5 years and internet customer for much longer than that, this was by far the worst experience ever. I booked an appointment to buy 2 new iPhones but the employee did not have a good knowledge of new promotions and when I asked her to check she would check 1 thing only and kept telling me the promotions are for new customers only, although there are some promotions for existing customers and at the end she said if you show me the deal I will get it for you at which point I was like what is the point of coming in when I can purchase the phones online. she did not even know which phones they have in stuck, I wanted to see the phones up close and feel them in my hand before the purchase but she told me they did not have iPhone 12 mini in store, however when I walked to see the iPhones I noticed there is a 12 mini on display which she wasn't aware of it and she didn't open the lock so I can see the difference between that and iPhone SE, I wanted to feel the weight difference in particular. Although I had made an hour appointment, she kept going to serve other customers and leave me alone while there were several other employees available. Very disappointing and I left to shop online.
