Excellent customer service. Alejandro at Coconut Estero was very efficient while still being personable. Returned 6 remotes, boxes and the gateway in less than 5 minutes. And he closed my account. I'd been dreading the return expecting it to take many many minutes. Wonderful experience.

Although Comcast has one of the worse support and on line service, the person helped me today was the best and mist helpful. I brought my equipment home and of course nothing worked. Good luck getting a knowledgeable person that can help you. Comcast do something about your quality and product support. -1 star for toy quality.

Terrible service! They do nothing to fix problems and even tried double charging my account multiple times. If your looking for quality service then avoid this company. Signing a contract was one for the worst ideas I’ve ever had so please save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
