Tony and Roman were very helpful in my search for a car for my grandfather. Tony took the time to go through about 30 cars with me to try and find the right fit for our price range. The facility itself was amazing ranging from 90s Mustangs to 200k McLaren 650 SPIDER. It has to be seen in person to truly appreciate the vast amount of cars they have on the property. I highly recommend the team at XL Auto Group!!

Having seen many great cars listed on their website, I had been meaning to stop by and see some of them for myself. EJ was incredibly welcoming and didn't seem to judge me whatsoever considering what I wanted to look at (which is something I occasionally experience with dealerships). After spending some time looking at the models that interested me the most, EJ introduced me to the owner, Roman, who was equally welcoming. I wasn't in a position to make anything happen today, but I'll absolutely keep them in mind as I continue to keep my eyes open for new toys.
Ok let me start by saying this is a toy store for us adults that love vehicles. Everything they said on the phone was accurate, and the vehicle was very clean all around once I saw it. Roman was able to get me back on the road very quickly as I had a 3 hour drive. All said and done knowing what I know now I could have done this deal over the phone and been just as happy! I am very happy with my purchase, and will definitely check out their inventory for any future purchasing! Along with sending any family or friends their way, and that is saying a lot being the family mechanic! So many compliments on the way it looks and sounds
I had great time and best service from XL AUTO Group. Sam, Mike, and Allen gave me best of the best service. Mike from the dealer he is really cool guy (One of the car guy) who help me out great deal in BMW 335. This place has so many great cars and I do recommend everyone to shop your car here. I can not believe the relationship that I had in XL Auto Group. Very welcoming and friendly. Thank you guys for your service. I will come back soon.
WARNING... Do not buy from here. Car was completely misrepresented. Tried to resolve, Mike or Roman would not answer or return calls after money was transferred. The car would not drive due to excessive wheel damage and had 3 different types of tires on it among many other undisclosed issues. Total was 8k of damage that was not disclosed. When car was delivered 2 of the wheels were still leaking air after the 4 hour delivery. Dealership knew of all these issues, took my money, and left me with an un-drive-able car. Internet pictures looked good. 3rd sports car I bought online, first two were from reputable dealerships and went very well. Unfortunately, this is the last one I'll buy without visiting and test driving.
This was my first time buying from XL, I love the car that I purchased but I had a terrible experience. Firstly, after I signed everything and paid I could not even leave the parking lot. The 6 year old battery I pointed out was completely dead. One of the salesman said they'd reimburse me for putting one in if I supplied the receipt. I put a battery in and when I followed up with them about reimbursement Roman denied helping me out at all. This was just the start. A day or two later Roman was telling me that my financing was denied when in fact their financing account has been closed and told me I needed to give the car back. I live 2 hours away. After him threatening to repossess my car while I was just trying to figure out what was going on, I secured financing elsewhere. After some name calling on Romans part and neglect to keep me properly informed on the situation I was finally working through this with someone else (she was very nice and communicated well) Once I had financing set up things went more smoothly. Will not work with them in the future.
By far best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle in a long time! Purchased my Dodge Charger Hellcat from XL. They were very fair with my trade and the deal was just smooth and easy. There was not any pushy high pressure sales tactics which I absolutely hate. My Hellcat was as described and I love it. Will be recomending my co workers and family! Thanks Mike and Roman for the best car buying experience! Great guys to deal with!
