Horrible experience from begin to end. Cancelled appointment mins before the scheduled time. Wrong equipment received. After 3 weeks of trying to get my machine I don't have what I need to make it work.

Told me my equipment was covered by insurance but they didn’t process until the next calendar year so they ended up charging me and sending me to collections.
I went here to pic up a CPAP machine and mask. I went kicking and screaming inside because I just didn't want to wear a mask. However, my doctor(s) insist. So I had to get with the program. I must say that Laurie who assisted me through the entire process was fantastic. It was obvious that I didn't want to do this, along with the fact that I said it. However, she calmed me, reassured me and helped me. Ultimately, I picked the right mask for me based on her questions and knowledge. More often than not, people take time to complain, but not enough time to compliment or simply say thank you! I haven't encountered insurance issues or billing issues, and hope that I don't. My review is about my experience with staff (all were nice)
The staff was good, but they overcharged me. Had to call corporate to get it figured out
