Easy people to deal with getting in and out can be a little tricky
I booked a load with Jeffrey franklin and dropped trailer at XPO waited for ten hours to get loaded, am paying team drivers this whole time. Broker cancelled load intentionally , booked load for 3500 from Dallas to Henderson, now cancelled load at 2am. But reposted same load on DAT for 2300, don’t book loads with these people anymore for wasting my time and money. J&s freight inc
They set up an appointment to pick up a load from them going to Washington. Droped trailer to get loaded, showed up next morning to pick up trailer they cancelled the load with out notice. Not only wasted the day I also couldn't get another load since it was the weekend.
Short wait time for load but way more action at this Terminal compared to most of their other ones. They put all the heavy freight on the tail of the trailer not good.
