My wife's 04' Lincoln Continental experiences a parasitic draw. We placed a 65 Series Walmart flooded lead acid battery in the car which lasted about a year and the car would begin failing to start. We placed an XS Power Batteries under-sized 34 Series Battery in the car and the car starts every time, runs better and the cool part is; the XS Power Battery came from their used battery stock and was already 3 years old!! Amazing!!
Horrible horrible experience mailed in my charger to get it fixed, they so called fixed my charger and this is where the problems started.. they sent my charger too the wrong address, it almost got lost. and when it finally arrived they didn’t send back the adapter nor my battery clamps, and now they sent back the adapter and forgot too send back the piece that goes into the adapter.. posted on their FB group for help, talked to Shawn said he would help and he never did. Was suppose to send my piece back, reached out to him again and just ignored me. So I finally figured out a different method, so almost 2 months later of trying that come to find out the charger was never fixed, spoke to tony who supposedly fixed it and told me to try different modes on the charger so I did and still didn’t work. Told me to leave the charger on power supply for a couple days on the car and it would charge. Welp I did that and nothing happened. So I just for the fun of it bought a charger from autozone and abracadabra my car lits up like a Christmas tree and starts charging. It’s crazy because I spent over a 1000 dollars on my XS power batteries and equipment had I known your customer service and products are cheap overpriced stuff I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I don’t even like to leave bad reviews because sometimes companies slip up but y’all gave me the run around for months and it turns out you never even fixed it, no wonder y’all never sent me equipment back. Hope this helps somebody else.

Can't wait for car show
bought a battery from them through a shop i worked for, used it for a while and i was having issues so i sent it in for a warranty replacement, still haven’t seen that replacement and it’s been about 4 months now. they haven’t let me know anything, everytime i call to check up on how much longer it’s going to be they just add on a couple weeks here and there, maybe another month, “we’re at the mercy of our shippers” they say, hmm -a battery company with no batteries- that makes sense. best believe i’ll tell everyone i know not to buy a battery from them and if i could get my money back i would. thank God for auto parts stores, i’ve had to go buy another battery just so i can use my car while these people take their sweet time. put me in a bind on everything i was trying to do with the car and not one phone call to let me know what’s up, certainly not an apology. no consideration, no courtesy. 0 stars would be more like it but google says i have to give at least 1.
Great group of guys with extensive battery knowledge not to mention local company keeping Knoxville strong.
