DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. THIEVES AND NOT HONEST AT ALL. Changed my windows and called them to come fix their mistakes ( windows are leaking air and water) although they have a life time warranty, but they never came back and fix them even tho I found out about the leak one week after they installed them. Had to call another place to come and fix their stupid mistakes.

These people are crooks, 1200 for two screen doors and in less than a year they both went bad two times each. Also the people who come out to install are rotten people. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I have been using Y & A windows for 20 years. They have exceptional customer service and are very professional installers. They know what they are doing and will always do beautiful work! Easy to contact as well. Two thumbs up to them!

Put all new windows in my house, they offered a better price than any company. It’s been over 5 years and they still look like new.

UPDATE 3/5/21: I contacted the company, as the response to this review suggested that after hanging up on me and refusing to address the three incorrectly installed windows in my home for the almost two years since installation, they might fix it now. What a joke. Promises to come inspect resulted in me waiting all day and no one showing up. Subsequent calls go straight to a (full) VM. Texts unanswered. Anyone interested in forming a class action? Reach out to me.... UPDATE 2/17/21: Two more incorrectly installed windows have been identified. One is leaking air and water in huge quantity. A contractor I had look at it said there is a gap at the top of the window that is 2” high, and that the window is literally falling out of the house! I bought a home with all new windows installed by this company. The front picture window was cracked during installation and the seller stated it was under warranty and would be fixed. I have a warranty certificate. I've called over 10 times now trying to get them to do something to fix the issue, but they hang up on me! I'm considering small claims court next...
