Overall good. They are on and off about how strict they are on their Covid rules with the pool and gym. Good security and overall nice buildings. Some individual units need work.

I loved the apartment I stayed in It has bay view. Yacht club is well kept and maintained resistance. Nice pool area. Good GYM. Friendly security person. Just few minutes from the beach and the mall.
