I moved into the Yacht Club beginning of this year and I am loving it! Staff is helpful and friendly, access and package pickup is very easy and the amenities are beautiful. Looking forward to spending more time here!

Very nice and enjoyable place... I came to visit here and really like the atmosphere.... The apartment are very nice... a really nice place to live. It would be nice to call this place home....

I moved In about 6 months ago. The views are beautiful. I love that I can go outside and be right by the bay/ocean. The pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court are amazing. Here are the reasons why I gave 3 stars: There is a lot of construction happening during the day time which is awful because I work from home. They send emails about it to warn you but if your work involves presentations, the noise is a nightmare. It affects my business. The gym needs a serious remodel/upgrade. They do not offer a printing/business center. You have to take your large trash items all the way down to the dumpster in the garage because they don’t have a recycle room.

We moved in just under a month ago and couldn't be happier! Our apartment is perfect - we love everything about it. The building amenities are great, too. The application/leasing process couldn't have been more seamless after working with the in-house leasing agent, Karla. She's the BEST! Looking forward to many great years here.

If you're even thinking about coming to this community, ask for Anthony, Period. There is no better. This gentleman has gone above and beyond to help us and that was the determining factor in choosing the Yacht Club or somewhere else. When I say amazing? You have to experience it yourself. Down to earth, honest, keeps his word, always answering his phone, does not dodge the hard questions, does not abandon his client, knowledgeable about the company, genuine, compassionate, willing to serve, I mean...unbelievable. If you've ever heard of a servant leader, Anthony is it. He personifies servant leadership. I'm not easily impressed, but boy oh boy, both my wife and I were impressed. Speaking of another one that is not so easily impressed, that is totally my wife. And she was sold upon Anthony's professionalism and down to earth attitude. We have not yet experienced the people, but so far many of them seem very nice. The staff and the amenities are amazing. I pray a year, two years, and beyond, down the line, I will still have something positive to say about the this community.
