Thanks for the opportunity provided, I will like to say I will be taking my firing to the board of trustees and whomever oversees the organization above Marie and Hope. This place is very unprofessional from management to supervisors. All everyone does is gossip about one another what kind of professional establishment is this ? Starting from Isabel, she speaks to everyone in a very condescending tone and from the moment I started she has made me feel very uncomfortable during my short time there. What I will say is that I was an excellent worker and when you decide to fire someone you must do it correctly. I was given a verbal warning and no write up nor final. If I in fact was given a write up Marie did one heck of a job masking it as a supervision meet. Every time of an absence I provided a documented note of why. As far as lateness has it I am traveling from New Jersey everyday to go to a place that degrades it’s employees and faults the call center for everything. Then on I needed you guys are falsely advertising remote working ? If that was the case I would’ve worked remotely so whoever is your marketing partner that needs to be corrected so the next person won’t fall victim to what I did. Hope makes every person there feel small and worthless every new hire and previous hire has negative things to say about you. Not once did hope the director say thank you to her employees for risking there lives and exposing themselves to Covid and coming into work, you guys having Covid positive patients walking around risking the safety of everyone. All this place cares about is the money. Where as Thomas goes would be best if your clear and precise in what you mention on offer letters. The way patients are not prioritized in this organization is awful. I do wish this organization the very best you guys taught me one valuable lesson YAI was below my pay grade and I would never recommend anyone to that organization even to a family member of mine who is mentally disabled.

Very nice and clean and I didn't have to wait long for my son to get evaluated.

Staff at your E 35th St location are disgusting and impatient. Trying listening, it's the 1st basic form of communication. Shouting and cutting off someone as they explain YOUR error is obnoxious. How do you treat clients? How did you get that job?

My appointment is the same time as other developmental disabled people. The reason is I've been labelled autism spectrum in NYC yet I went to college and functioned as a normal adult in California. So humiliating!

I have no idea how good or bad the actual professionals are, but the back office and people that answer the phones are just terrible. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Claudette and right upfront I told her that the earliest appointment I could make was 4:25. After 45 minutes later of putting me on hold and going thru calendars she gives me an appointment 4 months out from today, but tells me I have to be there at 3:30. Not sure which part she understood and why I had to waste 45 minutes of my day when a competent person simply could have said, the latest we take new patients is 3:30, and you will have to wait 4 months for that. I truly hope the professionals are doing better work than Clueless Claudette
