Always great to deal with. We have bought multiple machines from them and the staff is always great.

We were in Harrison, AR for the Rally In The Ozarks on Saturday, October 10, 2020. The rear tire on my bike needed replaced. The people at Yamaha of Harrison went above and beyond my expectations to make the repair. They were kind and courteous. The repair was professionally done that day and the the cost of the repair was less than expected. I highly recommend these folks for all your repair and/or purchase needs. Mark

Great staff, great selection. Wish I was in the market for a side by side, they have some really nice ones. Had the parts I needed in stock.

Great folks working there. Came in for some items I had left back home. Super friendly and they helped me out. If I am ever here again I'll stop by. I recommend these guys.

Simple service work such as oil changes are over priced. Also, I bought my v-star brand new from Yamaha (though not this location) and I called and asked if they would mount 2 brand new tires that I already had, and they would not because I didn't buy them from there. They said it is liability issue, but my feeling is they want me to pay for their over priced tires. New tires are new tires. If they are that concerned, there is such a thing as liability waivers. Bottom line is that their customer service is very low and prices are very high. My next bike probably won't even be a Yamaha and I won't be buying anything from this store, ever again.
