I contacted several different dealerships reference being interested in a Yamaha V-Max. I was extremely impressed with Yamaha of Port Washington, WI. The owner Mike Eidenberger was incredibly prompt and detailed in answering my questions. I knew that I would be in good hands with this company of which I had never used previously. They far exceeded my expectations! I showed up with my trailer, but hadn't fastened my wheel chock yet. Mike (the owner) jumped right on it and had it installed in 15 minutes. He rolled that motorcycle right onto the trailer, fastened it and I was ready! Mike had all of my paperwork completed and ready for me. I appreciated this as I had drove 4 hours one way (8 hours overall). So worth it! Thinking about making a purchase? Mike and his business Yamaha of Port Washington are incredible. This is the kind of service that you just don't get anywhere else! And the V-Max? I absolutely love it!
Appreciate them working my Zuma 125 into their busy schedule. A quick oil change and first maintenance check allowed me to keep putting miles on my new toy. Hear good things about them and had a great experience myself.
