Very easy to dead with.
I needed injector cups put on my Kenworth. I wasn't sure they worked on trucks. They got me in right away, because I was from out of town. They found some rubber o-rings that were bad, and one injector that needed replacing. They had to order parts, and carried me to a nice hotel down the road even though I said I could get a cab. They had my truck ready to go by check out time the next morning when they picked me up. The service manager, mechanic and the guy driving the pickup were exceptional and they did great work. They kept me apprised of the price the entire time, and made sure I was charged fairly. I have had many bad experiences breaking down. When a team comes together like this it makes your mechanical problems seem insignificant.
