Yankee just installed a new boiler and hot water tank, and we could not be happier. Their prices were reasonable and the quality of the installation is top notch. Only ball valves, and lots of them to isolate any potential trouble area. Individual high efficiency circulator pumps for each zone, instead of zone valves that don't regulate flow well. Wiring and plumbing is neat and well organized, the system was made as compact as possible to free up space. They take care of any energize CT refunds available. Their techs are well trained, and have the best equipment for tuning and checking efficiency. They take care of the permits, and the replacement went fast, and they left everything very clean. Above and beyond, these guys earned every star!
I've been a 22 year customer of Yankee Oil for heating oil and burner service and they were always reliable, friendly and knowledgable. Two weeks ago our boiler cracked a casting and started to leak. I called Yankee Oil and Rob, the service manager came over to assess the situation and make recommendations on a new boiler. Yesterday Rob and four members of his tech crew came in to remove the old boiler, indirect water heater, etc. and installed all new equipment...boiler, indirect domestic hot water heater, controls, burner, expansion tank and vents. They showed up on time and were in and out in six hours. Everything is plumb, level and tidy. The crew cleaned up everything, soaked up all the water on the floor and swept it clean. I recommend them highly.
They have always been professional with us, and recently replaced our oil tank. They were timely, efficient, reasonably priced, and the work is quality! So happy with them! Highly recommend!
Had a minisplit installed. No problems at all.They came on time, finished the job, left no mess, and answered all my questions. I also buy oil from them and have been for a few years now. Never had a problem. Thanks.
