They turned my water off and I have three kids. They were so heartless and rude, my daughter was home because she was exposed to coronavirus and they were unable to shower or wash their hands. They now have to go to school dirty and with dirty hands. I even begged them to let them let me pay it over the phone because I was at work and I couldn’t make it by 3:30 but I was told no and to deal with it. The guy AL said he didn’t give a damn that it’s my problem. It’s so sad the way people are treated with everything that’s going on.
