Steven was incredible to work with. If you have any doubts, try what I did and call him. After a two minute conversation it's evident he's an expert. He arrived early to take photos and look around. At the home he gave extreme detail but also broke it down in manageable lay-man terms for me to highlight key takeaways (his inspection was so thorough I wouldn't have been able to remember everything if not for this). Within a few hours we received a detailed report along with photos of everything from the attic and crawlspace insulation to every single outlet and switch throughout the house that wasn't working. I highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a home reach out to him.

SPT is a great company to go with. Stephen is very friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. This was my first time buying a home so there were a lot of things I didn’t know and I had a lot of questions for him. He took the time to explain everything to me and give me his own advice. Communication before and after the inspection was simple and quick. The inspection was very thorough and the written report was very clear and covered everything needed and any considerations for possible problems that could arise. I can’t recommend SPT enough!
It was such a pleasant experience. Stephen was so attentive and friendly. He inspected thoroughly from the roof to the basement, made himself available for the questions I had. All questions were answered. I've got the report almost at the same time he left. I highly recommend for all prospective homeowners!
Stephen was phenomenal! I can not recommend SPT Home Inspections enough. He walked me through the whole process, from outside the home, and then top to bottom inside. He offered alot of knowledge which was greatly appreciated as I'm a first time homebuyer.
