I agree with Jason worst customer service EVER!! And that isn’t even expressing what it was like dealing with the women who answers that phone! She is awful horrible attitude extremely rude and very disrespectful! Don’t waste your time or money!! I simply asked to have the tech come back out and fix the gate since it stoped working just a few hours after he left. This used to be my go to company for my gates but it’s not the same company and I would never recommend them to anyone! No stars from me google gave the one in this post not me!

I really wish that I could give no stars. We are in an ongoing project with this company that should have been a simple fix. We have neighborhood gates that they were to remove, repair, reinstall with new controller. We are 6 months into the project and still today do not have functioning gates. I went back and forth with them numerous times and attempted to getting higher in the company management only to find out "Lolly" the one that I had been dealing with was an owner. They did beyond poor work on the welding side and although they sent someone to fix the work, their contract "no painting" so our fresh new powders coated gates have been welding on and had a grinder to them. They do no do turn key work and will not tell you everything up front because their contract is so vague. You think you would tell someone that the system you are installing comes with a 400.00 a YEAR fee/contract. Or maybe it would have been wise to tell us we needed internet at the location in the beginning. Instead we were told when the job made it to the point of needing the internet. So then we had to wait weeks for ATT. All around the absolute worst customer service of any company I have ever came across and we are still not done! Just wanted to update this review and add some information. We sent Meyer Smith a certified letter stating that they had 5 days to complete the work and have our gates up and running. The second the letter was received in their office, "Lolly" emailed stating that they were complete with their work and their contract was fulfilled. She stated we must pay the contract balance within 30 days or they would file a lien. Our gates were not up and running, not turned on, not functioning. The work they said they would fix from poor craftsman shift was not corrected. They started our project by taking down gates that functioned and worked normally, 6 months later they want paid 100% and we have gates that don't function.
Meyer Smith has been maintaining our subdivision gates for the past 12 years. They have been reasonably priced, high quality, and PROMPT! I highly recommend the company.
