Worst place I've ever seen. I understand paying bills in a timely matter, but this place is like Nazi Germany. Things happen, and these people WILL NOT work with you AT ALL. No payment arrangements, no checks online, if you do not pay by due date, they will immediately shut you off next day, and if you're already struggling to come up with the amount you owe, too bad! They tack on another 50 dollars on top before they will turn you back on. There is nothing you can do about it, except pay. I'm not sure how they get away with their business practices. If you own a home and rent it out, and if the tenant skips out and doesn't pay the water bill, they make the landlord pay it immediately, instead of sending the account holders to collection. Rude people inside and they do not answer any questions! Horrible!!
