Great experience with the manager. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Was there with any questions we could have and chatted with us as we shopped. Got some great knives at great prices. The display about the history of Sabatier and the process of knives was a welcome piece of info.

Don't let the slight shabby appearance of this modest building set at the back of an overly large and long neglected parking lot fool you. This place is the real deal. Once inside you will behold the wonderous cutlery of Sabatier. Harder to find than the more ubiquitous.German, Wustof or Henckels knives, Sabatier is an absolute must have knife for the kitchen. Open 7 days a week. So, when you're driving the incredibly boring stretch of I-95 in SC, take a break and give yourself a cutting gift.
