These ladies are experienced, both front and back of the house. I had to make quick decisions on my dress as wedding was a go after advanced phases of Covid gave the green light for us. The alterations session was excellent. I pick up on Friday, so hopping for the best!

This was my first store to try any bridal gowns on and I had such a positive experience! My bridal salon attendant Cynthia R. was AMAZING! Her insight and knowledge on the dresses, suggestions for accessories and potential alterations and true honesty made it a fun and stress free time! What I loved the most is that she gave me time to try on and compare each dress on without feeling rushed! If you swing in the Yonkers NY location ask her Cynthia...you won't be disappointed!
For it being my first time trying on bridal dresses, I had a pleasant experience at this David's Bridal location. Booking my appointment with Chanel over the phone was a breeze and she was super pleasant. Jasmine was my consultant and she was very helpful and tried her best to make sure I got to try on all the dresses that I wanted to. She was very accommodating and even gave me some extra time in my appointment which she didn't have to do. Even though I did not leave the store with my dress, overall I had a great experience at this DB location and would highly recommend!
I the bride made an appointment for three of my bridesmaids, however our appointment time was shared with a bridal appointment so we didn’t receive the attention we deserved. The associate tending to our group kept bringing dress styles we said we didn’t want, the wrong sizes, and kept forgetting what we asked for. The selection/colors were insufficient for the sizes needed for our group. We has to zip up and pin each dress ourselves. We informed a manager about this and she said she’d be willing to help but in the end ignored us as well. Three of the women in our group had to share two dressing rooms, despite the risk of possibly acquiring Covid-19. The section we were placed in was crowded. Rooms we’re definitely not cleaned between occupants. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I would never return here. I felt bad for my bridesmaids and the other brides who had to endure such chaos. If you’re looking for a special experience go some place else.
It was really quick & easy to make an appointment, even during Covid. They are taking measures to make customers feel safe. My whole experience from online to in store was nothing short of spectacular. JoAnna- such a great bridal stylist! This girl knows what she’s doing and deserves a raise!! I showed up and told her my wedding was in 6 weeks. She was very calm, easy going, and knew exactly what to do to make me feel comfortable. She told me, “we will find your dream gown today!” I did not feel rushed and I feel fully satisfied with the amount of dresses I tried on. She knew what styles to give me and what accentuated my body in beautiful ways. Angela- I love her! She is such a loving woman and deserves a big raise and a paid vacation!! She was professionally trained and you can just tell by the way she can look at a gown and know exactly what to do to make a bride feel amazing. The time between my dress arriving in the shop to my wedding was only 2 weeks, and she finished in only 1. Also, the day I picked up my dress she did some last minute special touches with her magic hands, and I felt like she was my fairy godmother to my Cinderella story.
