Destroyed the scenic with your masks & restricted seating variants. Now to cash out, you are now being forced at kiosk machinery booths to donate, or cash out at window with human. This is not good.

My first time ever and I liked it. I am an AC or Vegas kinda gal but I have to admit, Empire City Casino was quite nice. I liked the unique gambling machines they have and during this Pandemic everything seemed fairly clean. It was a little to crowded for me but overall it was good. The ONLY gripe I have is the food options. VERY dissapointing. Not sure why their food court lacked in abundance. You have alot of people coming to gamble and spend money, FEED THEM PROPERLY! The only restaurant was a little place called The Pub and it was very nice but I just wish they had better quality/variety. Even Resorts in Queens has a better food court. Also I would like to see people cleaning machines more. Just get some workers to walk the floor and wipe machines down after use, other casinos do that. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

It is apparent that management is not adhering to NYC pandemic guidelines. When I arrived I was approached with a warning of no beverages allowed but it appeared that there were no limit of the number of people that was allowed inside the Casino. I have visited this establishment before the pandemic and now during the pandemic. I see no difference between then and now with the occupancy being the same. Yet management seemed to be more concerned with the sealed bottle of water that I was carrying because no beverages are being served on the premises. Kudos to Mt.Airy casino they have their act together putting safety first. I am very disappointed, it will be some time before we visit there again.

The place is one of the biggest I have veer seen. And also really high quality maintenance and super clean bathrooms. Machines with the newest games. The down side: Win above 600 and say goodby to 30% of your money (No matter if you won or lost before). Your welcome uncle Sam...
