Oscar came after another contractor tried and failed to redo the floors, he walked into the mess and you can’t even tell the previous contractor messed up. The floors came out beautiful, definitely keeping Oscar is my contacts.
Oscar and team worked on my floors and they look fabulous! Made my new home look fresh and modern. Home atmosphere was truly refreshed! Also, Oscar took his time to show us samples of what the floor would look like once stained. He really educated us on the process and pro and cons of each product when we were deciding on what to do. Oscar was referred to us by a friend/coworker. We received several quotes from different companies and Oscar’s was the most reasonably priced. We were concerned with old stains on the red oak floors that were under carpets by the previous owners. So we requested him to test a little spot to see if the stains would come out. Oscar willingly did a tester and surely enough they all came out with the sanding. Additionally, Oscar helped repair a hole in our wood floors and made them look brand new again. Oscar was very accommodating with his schedule and patient when we needed more time with making final stain color decisions. He even provided us with a recommendation for someone to help us with tile work on the fire place hearth. Oscar is an honest and hard worker. He has many years of experience with wood floors. Definitely give him a call.
