I called to inquire about installing cameras after my house was burgarlized. They were so understanding and set up a consultation for the following day. The technician arrived promptly and even called beforehand to confirm if the time he was arriving was convenient for me. The quote was very reasonable and I decided to move forward with it, three days later they came installed everything and sat down with me explaining how everything worked. I’m not the most tech savvy person, but they were so patient and made sure I was comfortable using the system. Everything works great and I now feel secure in my house again.

Although they called me back after a day, they plainly refused to do a simple job of installing two preexisting video surveillance cameras for me. Why then are they listed as a \security system installer\? Their argument was that if something were to go wrong with my equipment, they cannot guarantee the product. Well, I never looked to them to guarantee anything, just to do a simple installation, but obviously it's not important enough of a job for them. I am not sure if they even understand that in this day and age, a number of people choose to use their preferred internet connected cameras.
