I come here to support local pet stores so Chewy and Amazon don’t put them out of business. But today there was only one cashier for a very long line that was not moving. I had to complain twice before someone else helped check people out. Moving people in and out of the store is especially important due to Covid. Please pay closer attention and do a better job.

While I was able to get what I needed and the associate who I made aware of my complaint to was polite; this store was FILTHY. Dried up urine that had never been cleaned everywhere, animal feces that had been stepped in smudged all over the floor and it STANK, more than your average pet store. Now yes animals (especially dogs) have accidents in pet stores because they are overwhelmed by smells; but most places clean up quickly. This store obviously neglected its duty by leaving doggie doody and piss everywhere.
Met a young lady by the name of Juliana what a Sweetheart!!! She was so kind and polite and had so much knowledge about fish and how to take care of your tanks. She was so friendly, she answered all my questions and even chatted on how therapeutic animals can be. I hope she is valued!! I appreciate people like you, I definitely would return because of my experience with her. I tried to talk to Charles to compliment her but he was busy this morning I just called the store 4:00 and again he’s too busy to take my call so I hope he sees this or whomever is the store manager. Thank you again Juliana for your help.
The store was not that clean. It had an odor. Although, it was snowing the bathroom should not have a deep puddle of liquid; not sure what it was, if it was urine or snow. Nevertheless, it was disgusting. I was so turned off. turned
Love it! The floor representative I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable about the animal species I inquired about. AND VERY REASSURING!!!
