I interviewed a few realtors before deciding on Darryl and JJ Jones Team. What sealed the deal for me was Darryl's negotiating skills and his philosophy of allowing the seller to take part in the whole selling process (if they want to). Thanks to Darryl and his team (Dodi in particular) I always knew what was going on and when. They helped me stage my townhouse and gave me some really great information about what to fix and what not to fix. They also were able to work beautifully with my buyer, who was coming in with a VA loan, and they understood what was necessary to close the deal without any delays. Because of Darryl and his team's advice, my townhome sold at the highest price ever recorded in my complex. I have to tell you, that feels pretty good!
