I heard Maserati is a worst car brand to own. I still purchased it. Experienced somewhat of a fun driving and the worst customer experience. Management! You need to scout a customer service team from Hyundai or other economic brands. Don't even aim for Benz or BMW yet. You need to realize the reason why Maserati dealerships are disappearing. Otherwise, your location is next to be gone. Take my advice seriously. Nothing can be done in a single visit. Value your customer's time. Stop telling me to come again!

I don't know about sells but service is not a standard compare to other dealers, no one care about calling back to customer after I left too many massages and too many time Evan service manager Paul, same way too, Chris never answered his phone or replied back to massages, Tom is same way too, I am not happy with service at all , I don't give negative reviews unless is very bad service, I would say take your car somewhere else to repair, good luck !

By far the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Mauricio and Jason were straightforward and very helpful. I never once felt like they were hiding anything. Both went above and beyond to help us with any questions and requests that we had. Would 100% come back here again for any future auto purchases!! (FYI we bought a Tacoma at a Maserati dealership - they have a wide range of options and you won’t be limited to just maseratis).
