Amazing Service! Joe came out to repair our refrigerator’s ice maker. He was welcoming, explained the situation and replaced the unit in fast time. We enjoyed his company and professional work. Would recommend him to anyone in a similar situation. Great guy and amazing service!

Unfortunately not a good experience. I contacted Samsung to complain since they are contracted with them and hoping they can fix problem since we have a warranty. When I called to schedule appointment the person who answered the phone was unfriendly. When we dropped off the TV, the person who helped get us checked in was also unfriendly. Then we picked up our TV 3 days later( I must say I was impressed how quickly they got it fixed) to get it home and find it all scratched up. We transported out TV in a blanket to prevent any scratches. I understand mistakes happen but it would have been nice for someone to say hey we are sorry but we accidentally scratched your screen. What can we do to make it right? I understand if the frame got alittle scratched as well, but for the TV screen to have to scratches on is very upsetting and disappointing considering our TV is less then a year old, was not scratched when we dropped it off, and it was also not cheap. Update: the company has promptly responded to problem, which I appreciate and we are working to get it fixed. Update : spoke with the office manager today who was very kind and apologized. They ordered new parts which they offered to come to house to install. I really appreciate them fixing their mistake.

Dealt with them many time for service to my Samsung refrigerator. Always helpful and does great work. Last service a month ago they were very accommodating to our schedule and came at the end of there day instead of the beginning due to our schedule constraints at the time. Definitely recommend

Update: This company still has not contacted me regarding the property they damaged. 7/30/2018. You can respond to my review, but you don't answer my emails regarding my damaged property? FOR YOUR INFORMATION, COSTCO GAVE ME EVERY CENT OF MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS SO CALLED DAMAGED TV! They agreed to this because after their examination, they could not find any physical damage whatsoever to this TV. What do you think about that? :-) Comments please? Sidebar: Check Consumer complaints about Samsung TVs. There are many complaints about the same issue I experienced. Don’t believe the good reviews! Check the Better Business Bureau website, and look at some of the low ratings posted here. The language regarding our experience with the customer service is very similar. I would give them a zero star rating if I could. Look at the response they left to this review. Think about it, what reputable company does that? So, this is exclusively about the rotten service, and my damaged property. This company has been the bane of my existence since they entered my home. The customer service is horrendous. Their phone manner is extremely rude and impatient. One of their technicians damage property in my home. The Manager acted as if the was going to rectify the situation and then stopped communicating with me. I just my property repaired.
