An RV place to be able to purchase your trailer, as well as accessorize it, and fix it when it needs fixed. We came here for our yearly inspection of the trailer, and I felt that they were truthful and honest as to what needed to be fixed. They fixed it and everything works well. Besides something wrong with my trailer I really don't have any complaints of this place. Their store is adequate and finding the Basic Essentials to be able to fix your trailer as well as add to it as needed.
They totally missed the mark. Stood around waiting for help. Then wasn't very informative.
We just purchased a new travel trailer from Ben's after seeing it at the RV show in York. Corey, our sales person, was very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to show us around several models until we found one that suited us perfectly. We met Nicole at the RV show also and when we picked the camper up at the dealership, she went over the paperwork and was very thorough and professional. We received a very thorough walk through and demo of the trailer and all its features from Shane, who again could not have been more helpful. We love our new trailer!
