These guys are just great to work with! Matt did a super job and the fireplace inserts and all the other work is just beautiful. Highly recommend these guys!

They did a fantastic job remodeling my fireplace.

Friendly, helpful, and provided a good product. We used another gas man for our install as we had other work to be completed. Problem is availability. Weird hours and no capability to leave messages. Simply believe they have more work then they are staffed to cover. Having an issue with one of the log sets and it's difficult to catch them available and in office.

They do decent work. I had 3 pieces of stone installed around my gas fireplace. I guess they had to cut one of the pieces of stone, length wise, so that it would fit. They put the cut side up against the other piece of stone which is right at the sight line and because it was cut it created a white line where it butted up against the other piece of stone. Personally I would have put the cut side down at the floor, which would have been covered by the flooring but nope it was put on the other piece of stone. Simple fix, I grabbed some old black paint from the basement and very lightly and carefully painted the cut edge, then wiped it of and now you cannot even tell the seam is there. Not a big deal but just something a professional should do before they leave the job site. Other than that the fireplace surround looks fantastic. The reason I am leaving a two star review is mainly because of the communication between customer and business. First it took just over 10 weeks to get a half of days work in from the time I put the deposit down. You cant fit a half days of work in before a ten week mark? Hopefully, for their business's sake they are that busy. Second, I had to initiate almost every conversation. When is this happening? did you get our stone selection? can we schedule a date for the job? and the list goes on. I felt like I was the contractor and had to plead to get this sub to come out and do the job and for the amount of money we paid, for a half days work, there should have been better service. They cancelled the night before at 4pm for our original job date, which then had to be rescheduled a week and half later. Sometimes my emails would go weeks with no answer. Just poor communication and not how a business owner should communicate with customers. If you want expensive, decent work and a few headaches to go along with the job and you're not in a rush then go for it, otherwise I would not recommend.

Great experience! Estimate was easy, install was easy. There was a tiny scratch on the cover plate that I notice later (only noticeable when you are down staring at it). Stopped by the shop to ask how I could fix it and they sent someone to follow me home to fix it. Great customer service... I would highly recommend them.
