I went into Gem Boutique dead set on getting an emerald for an engagement ring. Jin Jou talked me out of it (apparently emeralds are very soft and will not hold up to daily wear; most jewelers would have just given me what I wanted but I loved her honest feedback) and helped me build this GORGEOUS custom sapphire ring. She has a lot of jewelry already made in the show room but can custom build basically whatever you want. She is a legit gemologist and I had a great experience with her. Could not recommend more highly.

What a wonderful place to sell gold and silver! Jin Jou and her clientele were amazing! They are sincere and most of all honest! They really know their field and will give you the most money for your jewelry. They are not out there to rip you off! They welcomed us just like family. I would highly recommend this place to everyone looking to buy or sell their jewelry. If i could give them 10 stars i would! Wonderful people!!

My experience here has been really great. Jin Jou helped my husband and I with my engagement ring and our wedding bands. She reset my engagement ring, with my husbands grandmothers diamond. She custom made our wedding bands to exactly what we wanted. They came out so beautiful, and she went above and beyond to gives us a quality experience, with quality diamonds, and metal. Her prices are unbeatable! Thank you so much to Jin Jou and her staff! I can’t stop looking at my rings!
