So very happy i took my non-functioning hard drive (12 years old) to these guys.There were hundreds of pictures on the now \dead\ drive. Nightmare!!! They are as good as their reviews indicate. Honest, knowledgeable, friendly and fair!!! Thank you TAYLOR for your patience with me, someone who is definitely computer challenged. They got all my pictures back for me and educated me in the process.

Found them to be very personable. The owner was very happy to help solve any issues that I had. I needed to purchase a security disc and he sold me exactly what I needed and not anything more. I was given the cost of setting up my computer and items I did want to purchase, up front. I feel they are very honest and will stand by their work.
