This is by far the absolute worst pharmacy in all of York county after an intense surgery prescription wasn't available and was told to pick up next day. Five days later we are still waiting on prescription as they are unable to count 20 pills. Never again will we use thus pharmacy and I pray no one with anything life threatening does because you would die before you receive the medication necessary.

I don't know why they've gotten so many bad reviews. The pharmacy is great and their team has always had my back in dealing with my doctors and insurance companies. The store is always clean, I love their sales on seasonal items at the end of each season, and the staff has always been helpful. For the past year their stock has been low in some areas but with Covid I think they deserve a pass on that one. I much prefer it to Walgreens and CVS. Also I get good discounts through their rewards program.
Every single time I pick up a script here I remind myself to switch pharmacies but it's a convenient location for me, unfortunately. The pharmacy always has the worst customer service and if you get to speak with someone on the phone consider yourself lucky. Drive thru and inside lines are always ridiculously long. The employees always seem to be short-staffed and over-worked, which is a shame because it's clearly Rite-Aid only caring about their bottom line.
Are you the Rite aid that fired the employee that was defending herself from that crazy man ? I saw the video and it disgusts me that you fired her and did not seem to care about her. I will never shop in your store ever again. If I could I wouldn’t even give you this 1 star. Your corporation doesn’t deserve it. You should look out for and take care of your employees. Not treat them as expendable.
