Roberts Oxygen York Pa. They billed me 115.05 erroneously (5 pairs of TIG Gloves instead of the one pair I purchased) for a 27.00 purchase. Says they only billed the 27.00 since they fixed it in the store before the batch processed. Contacted the store and \Ian\ the manager twice about this. Looks like I will now have to go to the bank today to follow up on the dispute. Never again will I deal with these idiots. And as of today the 21st, Roberts Oxygen has still not released the refund, you may have processed it in the your system on the 18th but 3 days later on the 21st my bank sees an unreleased refund still being held up by you...
