I ordered business cards online for my wife. Call about 1 to check on them. I was told they were working on them and they be done soon. Fast forward 2 and 1/2 hours I stopped after I got off work to pick them up only to be told they hadn't started them yet. They may do a great job but I absolutely despise being lied to.

The gentleman faxed a paper for me. He told me to call them to ensure they received it. They didn't so he emailed for me. Typically I find people not this helpful anymore. Great experience. This is what I used to tell my employees to do for every customer. Only common courtesy for every person.
