Tyndall Custom Decks & Fences completely redone my back yard. New fence, new composite deck, new pavers and white rock. Fantastic job. I will be using them for a future project. Very impressed with the company and their quality of work. Highly recommend them.

My Initial call was made In mid July 2020 re: estimate for elevated deck enhancements to include additions to deck width, new railing system and new timber pergola located on the new deck addition footprint. The receptionist (Donnie) stated that mike and staff were not able to provide me an estimate until Mid- August. Meanwhile, she would place me on the list for call-back. After no call in Mid -August I reached out again on Aug 25th and spoke to Donnie who developed an attitude when I inquired why they haven’t contacted me. Furthermore, she accused me of not setting an appointment in the first place. However, she conveniently found my name on the list only after I said I would take my business elsewhere. She said I can send someone out next Thursday am - I agreed and hung up. Minutes later, I decided to call back and cancel. The business reflects the attitude of their employees and judging by other similar reviews appears It may be in the culture. I don’t need the attitude especially when attempting to give them business. I would give zero stars if I could.

Mike and his crew are good honest people and Perry helped with some design features and gave me a fair and good price. The crew even helped in making sure the posts were set square to my house when I don't know if I would have known the difference. Honesty and integrity go a long way with me. I really enjoyed meeting the crew and very much appreciated the great conversation with Art !!!

I would NOT recommend this company!! Our neighbor is having a fence installed by Mike Tyndall's company. Mr. Tyndall did not have the correct site survey information, which resulted in him being four feet over our property line. Also, he did not ensure that the ground was properly marked before his crew began digging. As a result, while digging, his workers cut the line for our internet connection. One of Mr. Tyndall's crew members called him, as he was not on site. When Mr. Tyndall's representative arrived, he was very argumentative and uncooperative. He asked my husband, \Do you build fences for a living?\ Finally, my neighbor called the survey office on speaker phone, and Mr. Tyndall's representative was proven to be wrong, and had to move the fence back four feet. When we asked about our internet, Mr. Tyndall's representative told us to call his office. I did so, and informed his office manager, Donnie, about the situation. She rudely asked, \What exactly do you expect me to do about it?\ She didn't apologize for the mistake, she didn't ask for my information so she could look into it. Instead, she gave me an attitude, spoke to me rudely, and hung up. They refuse to take accountability for their mistake, and haven't offered to fix the situation.
