This is an incredible little store. I’ve recently become really interested in Japanese cooking and Tokyo Market has had everything I need without having to stop into the larger E-Mart down Warwick. I’d argue that Tokyo Market has a way better selection because they’re so specialized. Owner is quite friendly too. This pic is only a tiny example of what can be found there!

I am Japanese and always go to Tokyo Market to buy Japanese groceries since they opened. What I love about the store is owner. They are so friendly and sincere. I like their items and arrangement. They are not too crowded with all stuff like other Asian stores. I strongly recommend to come to the store and check it out!!

I lived in Yokosuka, Japan for eleven (11) years serving in the United States Navy and going to Tokyo Market is like being back in Japan. The owner and his wife are the friendliest, most courteous and accommodating people you could ever meet! We live in Norfolk and cannot get there nearly as much as we'd like, but this is our (my family's) absolute FAVORITE shop in the United States!!!! If you have not been to this place, you are missing a treat of a lifetime!!!

They have a good selection of food and other items from Japan! A lot of stuff I miss having from living there. The gentleman working there is always nice and friendly and will help you if you have any questions. Definitely recommend to anyone who loves Japanese stuff.
