Walls too thin and allow you to hear babies at all times of the night and the floors are so thin you can hear the domestic disputes loud and clear.The women in the office only care about you till you sign. Don’t live here unless you want to add stress to your life.

This rating is for customer service, as I do not rent with Yorktown Square currently. I emailed them with a few questions about contacting their office and received a reply from a property manager within a half hour of emailing them. I hope that they are as easy to work with as they are to contact! Thank you for getting back to me so quickly!

The only thing good I like is the size and the price but other then that they are rude at times when you call or come in to place a repair order or make a complaint. The neighbors surrounding you are disrespectful of others always partying or fighting at all times of the night. The respective ones have to always call the police on the disrespectful ones who don’t respect quiet time. You come home your apartment always smells like weed and when they know who is doing it management still does nothing about it. Can not wait until my lease is up

Lived here for 3 yrs. Not a quiet place to live. Roach infested, Kids playing in your back patio, people partying all hours of the night, people standing outside staring and judging/mean mugging you, robberies, people leaning up against your car. I dont recommend anyone staying here
