I do love the house we live in but what I did not like from the moment we moved in was the lack of customer support and service. Upon moving in we were supposed to have an inspection after 6 months. Nobody called us so we had to email them and call them multiple times to get it scheduled which was a year later literally. They came and inspected, after the inspection they found that the hardwood floors and cabinet doors needed to be repaired and she would send their guys out within a month which never happened. This took another 6 months, we had to hound them down via phone and emails. Recently, we needed a plat of survey since we were going to do a patio install but the county had no record of it so we called and emailed Pulte homes for one and they never called back or emailed after multiple attempts on our end trying to reach them. I ended up calling our lender/title company and they provided it via email within 2 hours. Horrible customer support and service from Pulte, never had a good experience. P.S. We never got a response from Pulte regarding a plat of survey either via email or phone.

Horrible home builder. Do not waste your time or money. There are better builders out there. I regret buying one of their homes.
Beautiful homes and terrific customer service. Pulte homes are number one on our list of home sites we have visited! Open concept, beautifully laided out and great kitchen designs. The Amberwood with a full basement is amazing, the largest basement for the best price.
Association fees just went up and not really sure what I'm paying for. Snow removal is horrible!
