I took my client to see this new home community on 8/29/20 at 12:45pm at 2061 Wren Rd in Yorkville IL and the Sales agent was less than helpful. She (don't know her name but she had Black hair) seemed impatient and snippy. We asked to see one of the models and she gave us the combo code to get in but it was the wrong code for the lockbox on the door. When I informed her that the code was incorrect she said that \if that's not the right code then I don't know what to tell you\. My client decided that she was no longer interested in one of the models due to the poor customer service. Not to mention one of the homes had damage to the siding due to a recent storm which made my client believe this builder is not using quality materials.

Beautiful homes, the staff seemed friendly, prices are alright not great. Was a bit odd during the pandemic where we were giving ourselves a tour & just had to remember any questions we had until later on but overall a good experience.
The Sales and Site Staff made our experience an exceptional one! Would highly recommend K.Hovnanian builders...
