I went into the ER bc I had a bump on my neck and wrist that were getting bigger so I was having an allergic reaction. The spot on my neck made it painful to swallow. And Dr. Rodregrez was rude and told me not to use the ER for a doctor visit. I went for a allergic reaction I was nervous I was gonna get worse since it was painful to swallow. I hope I don't end up worse bc a ER doctor thought he was God and needed to be rude instead of exam and actually listen to his patient. This doctor has had issues with bedside manner before regarding my husband's hernia. I recommend this ER when this doctor isn't working.
