Great place to escape and enjoy a real experience. Staff super friendly and the drivers very accommodating. This Yough River experience so close to the burg is one of a kind. Start with he 2 hour trip first. Unfortunately they are closed now until spring. Check back then.

I tried this company out a couple years back and everything was outstanding which is why I decided to use them again. However, I was a little disappointed in their procedures for our trip on 7/19/20. To start, their website said that transportation vans would be filled at half capacity during this time with the pandemic. This was not the case. Every seat was full and my group felt uncomfortable in the van as nobody was really enforcing the mask policy. Then we get to the starting point with another full van at the same time, and all the kayaks are just pulled out with no direction whatsoever. It looked as though there were some kid-sized kayaks to choose from (not sure if there were any kids in the group or not) but if so, there should have been some direction as to who gets what Kayak. It was just a chaotic mess trying to grab a correctly-sized kayak. The only other thing that we would suggest would be to try and make room at the ending area. The group before us got off a few minutes a head of us and there was no where really to park our kayaks. I think a little bit more direction from the staff today would’ve gone a long way.
The trip is always nice but they are not following the procedures they have posted on their website. Vans aren’t running at half-capacity, they are filled to 100% capacity. Additionally, when we got to the drop off spot, another driver had followed with an empty van so if they had wanted to enforce the half capacity rule, they had the means. We didn’t see any sanitizing of vans, life vests, or kayaking equipment occurring either.

Can I just say how amazing this company is! Unlike others located near you...your staff is always pleasant. We had an epic river adventure and cant wait to visit again!
