We leased this car from them, their service department is top notched, and always had a loaner car for us to use, that was a huge factor in deciding where to buy
I found this dealership online searching for a Jeep Gladiator. I found the one pictured at a pretty fair price so I told them I would like to begin the buying process. I then was asked if I qualified for the discount (no mention what-so-ever on their site of qualifying for anything) I said no, but quoted THEIR price on their site and she informed me I needed to have someone in my family that works for jeep, or something similar. I then noted 2021 Gladiators are now on order and informed her I could (literally) get a 2021 with the same options (I have an order sheet from 2 other dealers proving so) for cheaper, and that I in fact should be offering a lower price but was happy with the price THEY provided on their site. She (a lady named heather) told me 'the best' they could do was 52,995 plus tax, title, etc.. Mind you this is for a Gladiator that has been sitting in their lot SINCE THERE WAS SNOW ON THE GROUND (See photos) I asked again for them to honor their price and I would be willing to buy, even finance through them. She then said "we will not be willing to go any lower". So I am doing my best to get people aware of their SHADY tactics to get people in the door, then say you will not qualify for their discounts and then most add on fees and whatever else to scam even more money off you, the buyer. Please do not buy from this dealer. If you are looking for jeeps in particular I encourage you to google "Order Wrangler under invoice cost" or "Order Gladiator under invoice cost"... You will find AT LEAST 1 dealer on the east coast, 1 in iowa, a few in Idaho that will take your BRAND NEW order for 5-7% under INVOICE cost. Which is WAY under MSRP. You can order and get one shipped to you and not have to deal with shady dealers such as this. I hope they think of me the next time it snows and they still have the gladiator sitting in their lot.
They were rude to us so we drove (same day) to Betten Baker in Lowell & bought a new truck for both Harold & myself. Mine 2019 Harold 2018. Betten Baker even paid the bill to have my accessories transfer from my leased 2016 truck to my new 2019 truck. Now that's service!!
Have had Oil changes and other work done on my 2010 Jeep Sahara here. Latest work, replace old running boards. Nice employees. Craig always helps us out. Mechanics do great jobs on anything we have needed repaired.
