Worked with Tyler Adams who was the only truck dealer willing to negotiate with us. Talked with many other dealerships/dealers who would absolutely not come down in price. Tyler was awesome and willing to negotiate and gave us a great fair price. I have taken my Ram to Young Chrysler for warranty work. The vehicle has been to them twice now and the issues have not been resolved. I was told when I purchased the vehicle that the dealership would provide transportation in the event of warranty needs. This has not happened and I have waited patiently during both appointments. I live 45 minutes away and these appointments are somewhat inconvenient. I have made several attempts over the past couple weeks to receive a status on my situation and have not heard from the dealership. I understand that scheduling can be difficult but communication goes a long way. The vehicle will soon be out of warranty and I am concerned that the problems will be forgotten.
