Very unprofessional. My daughter took her dress there and they snagged it in two different places. They deny that they did it but we know for a fact that they did. There was nothing wrong with it except it didn’t fit right in the shoulders. So they fixed that for her but snagged it 2 places. They offered to fix it so we let them. We came back to get the dress and it looked a lot better but that’s not the point. Lying about it and not telling us and not fixing it. They were hoping we would not notice. We paid extra so it would be ready the same day. It was for a Wedding and we told them when we brought it in. The manager called my daughter and denied any wrongdoing and told her they would not be reimbursing because we could not prove they did it. Which is another lie. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I would not recommend it at all! She was charged 73. I would expect half of that back but they are very unprofessional and won’t so they are getting this bad review. If they would give her 35 back, she would be happy.

I brought in some jeans up have a new rivet button, I'm not exactly sure what the metal button that is not stitched on is called. I was calling up till the site right at 7 and the woman inside locked the door. I tried to let her know that I just wanted to drop off the jeans for repair. She could not just me and told me to go down to the other door, the dry cleaning side. She said that the alternations part closes at 7 and the dry cleaner is open until 8. She said I could bring them back in the morning. I had to request that she write up a ticket for the requested button replacement and put it in the alterations side. She had my meme and number. I asked to have them call me with any updates. She said she would. I waited all afternoon but received no call. I decided to go before they close to check in them. The lady who waited on me and said that on Saturday alterations closes at 6. She said that get aunt call when it is done. The card and the first lady said they should be ready by 5 and the second lady said that means they would not call. She returned my hands think. It looks and it functioning great now

Excellent service and quality work. I stopped in to have a button sewn back onto my jacket and they got right on it. Will be back to dry clean the coat before putting it away for the season.

A few weeks back I brought a pair of pants in to be hemmed. I took them home and didn't think twice since hemming is a pretty simple alteration. I threw the pants on before work and headed in for a long day. It wasn't until I got to work that I realized how short these pants really were. It was so embarrassing! I was able to leave work and went straight there since they advertise altering while you wait. Well I was the only person in there, and even though they had screwed them up in the first place, and I was willing to pay again to have them fixed, they wouldn't let me wait for them since I didn't have any other pants with me to put on while I waited. They have little dressing rooms. I just can't wrap my head around why I couldn't stand in one of those rooms while they corrected their mistake so that I could go back to work. I didn't have enough time to go back home so I had to go and buy new pants at tj max so that I could get back to work. I ended up spending way too much money on a simple easy alteration that went wrong. I'll never go back after the way the lady spoke to me. Customer service is everything, and I'll take my alterations and dry cleaning elsewhere.

Had some trim work done on a pair of slacks, they did a good job. Would go back.
