Had a remote start installed. Before I took it in never had any problems with my car. Once they installed the remote start battery kept on draining. So I took it back in they told me I needed a new battery which I bought. Still the same problem. I replaced the alternator twice still the same problem. I took it to the dealership and they started the wiring on the remote start was incorrect. Will never recommend or take any of my vehicles there. I took my other cars to a place in Niles Ohio called auto evaluation and they gave me an up dated remote start with gps app for way less price than what I paid here.

Guys that own shop are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We take all our equipment here to be up fitted. 1st class service all the way. From bedliners, ladder racks, shelving and 2nd row seating. You come up with it and they customize it!!

Honest family ran business. Old school for sure which is so hard to find for sure anymore. The dad and sons I met were all so friendly as well as the lady I also met in the office. The workers are great also. The one female worker made a Taco Bell run for their lunch and took my order to. I can't say good enough about them. If that wasn't enough their mothers name is my moms. Talk about a sign from above. Two days away is my moms birthday and to learn she shares a name with theirs was Amazing.. if you lost your mom you understand that any sign is so comforting. Back to the business. Awesome like I said family ran old school. Society needs more of them.
