ISC is a superb opportunity for anyone serious about holding a decent job within the steel industry. Imagine, all you have to do is be on time, do not miss work, and do YOUR job: that's it! The folks that don't make it here, didn't want to fit in with the program. Too bad for them. I love it there. I hope to be hired in soon enough and will recommend the place to anyone willing to work for a living and gain invaluable skills training.
