Covid shot clinic running like a charm

It's no secrete that in most cases when you when you try to get answers from a County or State office, the process can be quite slow and often frustrating. Much to my surprise, I received a call back today from a gentleman named Dan in regards to a few inspections that we need. He was probably one of the most pleasant, helpful and informative people that I have ever dealt with. It was clear that he was not in a hurry to rush me off the phone and was eager to make sure I had a full understanding of the inspection process. He demonstrated taking pride in his work as well as making sure the customer was informed and had their questions answered. I hope that many will read this and use Dan as an example of what great customer service is and model his approach to a job well done!
