You definitely don't want to make this your long-term family doctor or anything of the sorts, I was in here quite a few times in the last year or two and it is connected to drug rehab unit on the other side of the building which uses these doctors that you will be seeing... The waiting room is full of crazed junkies yelling and jumping around like maniacs if you are skittish you do not want to be here... Choose another doctor it's that simple.... This is a methadone clinic / doctor's office..

This review is specifically toward Dr. Shah... do not recommend. He CONSTANTLY leaves you waiting for a good 45 mins to an hour, never remembers you and has you waiting all that time to talk to you for 5 mins. I literally get aggravated everytime I come in here. I can’t wait until I don’t have to see him again.
If you want help and you are serious and tierd of the way you are living then go to meridian!you will go to meetings get involved is key you have to want it!counclers are great you can choose a new one if you feel you just dont vibe with the first one.Also yes you got to follow rules which none of us liked to do but accountability is part of being clean and staying clean.Just remember you can do it and never give up they help find you work a health doctor and you can get a ride to and from if you have Medicaid they pay for you to get rides an go to meetings.i was so afraid ..but what do you got to lose??I think we have a list enough and it's time now .I pray everyone and anyone who reads this do not be afraid.The first step is to admit your powerless!!!!
DR. Villaplana is my doctor, my husband and I have been his patients for at least 14 yrs. He has taken great care of us, we just love him!!!
Meridian has been a huge part of my recovery. My counselor Kristy is amazing. I have been clean 4yrs! I'm so grateful for this place and the people in it!
